Unfortunately, everyone already knew that today was National Fried Chicken Day, so Gus’ was packed when we got there at 11:15. So, I celebrated with a burger instead!
Here’s what I missed out on (from a trip to Gus’ last week).
This isn’t an official review, but does Gus’ really need one? Their fried chicken is top notch, and it is about the only place that I drink sweet tea, because, you know, it just feels right when eating that spicy chicken!
I hope your National Fried Chicken Day brings you more chicken than it brought me!
